It's a movie quote and I should know the source as I used it for a sig myself for a while. For some reason mel brooks or tarantino come to mind as the director I just can't pinpoint it any further.

S. Park and Tarentino are too new to have said that. Mabey Mel brooks, but I don't think he would be the type to have that in his flicks. Either way, I have seen old biker rags (Easyrider comes to mind) with guys wearing that phrase on a t-shirt from the early 70's.
