Can anyone recommend a good tattooist in Austin?

I've been there twice but never got work done. The first time I went in to get my navel pierced; the guy said he would prefer not to do it, since he figured it would reject. I appreciated the honesty (although a second opinion says it can be done). I went back later with a friend considering a tattoo, and I got a bad vibe in the shop
