Back from the States with new metal

hey everyone,

I'm back from my trip. It was only ten days, but somehow it seemed longer. And I am NOT looking forward to going to work tomorrow :} Unfortunately I did not manage to bring the good weather from Chicago or NYC back here, it's 28 degrees Fahrenheit *shiver*. Anyway: It was a really great trip, meeting all the rabbits in Chicago and NYC. I wish I could have spent more time with you guys.

Special thanks go to CJ who let me stay with her for two days, and to Keith who gave me two *perfect* nipple piercings! You rock! And, Lauren, he's both Cute and Cuddly {insert general swooning here}

The piercings were done with 12 ga half inch barbells and they are not getting in the way or anything. Although that could be because small breasts don't really get in the way of anything anyways .

My husband Steffen (who was pretty skeptical about the idea) said 'hmmmmdoesntlookasbadasIthoughtitwould' which translates as 'I like them, but I am not ready to admit it especially since you won't let me touch them yet'

PS for anyone who cares: the conference/ my poster presentation in Chicago (which was the original official reson for my trip) was fun. The actual presentation was only 1.5 hours though. When the first few people came to ask questions, I was still a bit confused , and when I started to get the hang of it, it was over. Oh well. Next time
