Baltimore, DC area shops

On x-mas I am moving to Baltimore to live with my girlfriend. I am looking for the best piercing and tattoo studios in the area. In particular I am seeking a piercing studio that can do deep oral piercings, implants and some of the more cutting edge mods and a tattoo shop to do a full japanese style sleeve. Any suggestions at allwould be greatly appreciated. American by Birth, Anarchist by Choice

For piercing, go up to Philly (Infinite) or down to DC (Perforations). AFAIK, Industrial (in DC) doesn't do the heavier stuff you seem to be looking for.

For tattooing, try Dragon Moon in Glen Burnie.

When I was in there earlier this fall, Jason said that they are not doing the 'extreme' stuff, including anything with scalpels or dermal punches. I would expect this to extend to deep oral piercings. Apparently, the owner of the studio lets the staff do pretty much whatever they please, but they're not interested in the 'cutting edge' as much as the 'traditional.'
