I am happy to inform you all that I bought an excersize bike and I am riding it everyday. So there.

Excersize bikes are great for cardio...and keeping in shape..i had to use one when i hurt my foot and couldn't run...

And i was just taking the piss Barry... : )

in fact, i have added a couple extra pounds on me. Up to 145 now... (im 5'9' for the record)

Don't worry, he'll get tired of that excercise bike soon enough. Should have bought a roadbike or mountainbike. I hear that biking behind a woman greatly enhances motivation.

Worry even less ... no matter how much biking in the gym or real biking outside that I do, I seem to only loose about an inch of my chubbyness ... So, he's likely to stay cute and chubby even with a bike machine.

Chubby/cute barry was at one time very much into mountain biking. About 7 years ago I was biking up in the high Sierras and I crashed into a granite rock I will call the mountain, and tore all the ligaments out of my left shoulder. My bike has been sitting ever since. I made a decision I would get back into it, but I need to start off slow.
