Paul Sayce curator of the British Tattoo History Museum is in New Zealand, planning on becoming the first Westerner to be tattooed in the New Millennium.
Paul is on a tour of New Zealand and Australia, just before the stroke of Midnight on December 31st 1999, tattoo artist Howard Pink of Skin Graphics Tattoo Studio in Gisbourne, New Zealand will begin tattooing Paul.
Skin Graphics Tattoo Studio in Gisbourne is the most eastern of tattoo studios in New Zealand, and will be the first tattoo studio to see the sun rise in the New Millennium.
