Eye of Horus links

I want to get a tat of the Eye of Horus but all the pics i find are blurry, sketchy, or just plain ugly.

Please Help

Take a look at www.amun.com. There's a picture of a nice pendant. I already asked the artist whether I may use his design for a tattoo myself.

As this may well be a tat that is more popular then even the lowly taz I really doubt that you could find a portfolio of any artist that does not include one. My reccomendation would be to decide exactly what purpose the tat will serve in the overall canvas and then determine how elaborate you want to get. As mine was primarily symbolic and will be eventually incorporated into a full back piece it was very plain with the only embellishment being the coloring in the eye, A month later I saw an elaborate piece built around the eye that was better then anything I could have come up with, but it would have destroyed my eventual plans for my back.

My point, the artist knows what an eye of horus looks like, tell him what you want and you may be surprised, but be sure of what you want first.

That said I think I may have the next installment on my back added today, I have the money and the time. I wonder in what way the scarab's significance will show itself. Bes certainly surprised me a few monthes later.
