MY DAUGHER HAS A BIRTHMARK ON THE BACK OF HER LEG, AND IT HAS CAUSED HER LOT'S OF ANGUISH..WOULD A TATTOO HELP TO CONCEAL IT. IT IS DARK BROWN SQUARE ONE. SHE HAS BEEN TEASED SINCE SHE WAS LITTLE, AND NOW WEARS BANDAIDS ON IT ALL THE TIME, AND ALWAYS WEARS LONG PANTS..IT IS QUITE DISTRESSING FOR HER.

If it's a dark colored tattoo it might cover it but with a lighter colored tattoo it can be seen right through. Also, and take this to heart, covering up the birthmark can, if your daughter is in the sun a lot, conceal any malignant developments.
