Day five of the leave it alone and it will heal piercing. The dydoes are fine. However, my seven year old navel is a bit cranky now. And my ampallang, which I stretched about a month ago (and it wasn't happy) is throwing out a lot of cellular debris.

I suppose it is just the extra care my body is throwing at the new holes benefiting existing little problems I didn't know about.

Anyone else have a similar occurrence?

I'm having the same problem with my left nipple. I stretched it last month when I got the right one repierced, and it's been giving me more trouble than the new hole. And this cold weather isn't making it feel any better...

Good luck! ***skyelass***

I think I've had something like that. Also, I've noticed more than once that when I have a cold or other illness, some piercing or other will start acting up. I think it's the immune system going on Red Alert all over the body.
