Oh yOu kNoW, KaTiEWaTie99, when it's really THAT cheap i wouldn't worry about any, uhm, 'funky shit cummin out of it or somthin'. It's a cool scene to belong to and you know... you can bear pain for belonging to it, no?

Learn to spell tattoo.
There's a scene? Why didn't anyone mention it to me. Do we have to start keeping track of scene points now?
price. Mmm...smart. Bargain shopping for tattoos.
Should all sterilization procedures not be completed, there are two things that will probably happen - 1) the ink slowly leaks out of your tattoo, moving downward until your lovely 'tatto' becomes a streaky blur, or 2) the ink slowly enters your bloodstream, poisoning you. It's a chance, one well worth taking IMHO.

My advice, wait. If you never thought about getting a tattoo before then its probably not high on your list of priorities. Second, bargain shopping is good for somethings .. but NOT for tattoos. It is well worth the time, energy and money to wait and get an artist that you're comfortable with once you decide if getting a tattoo is really something you want to do. Just my two pence.
