Tattoo supplies in Canada?

Can anyone give me an address for tattoo suppliers in Canada, preferably on the West Coast (but any info is appreciated)?

I've got a friend who's been an artist for quite a few years, fell on some hard times (lost his shop) and is really wanting to get back into it seriously. I know he's got the name of some suppliers on the East Coast, but I was hoping to find something a little closer for him.

Any leads on used equipment would be appreciated also.
