web piercing

i did my first web piercing on sunday night, and was wondering if anyone out there has one or more or has done one or more... weird thing, and i think it was a foolish one to get but he really wanted it, and the piercer i apprentice to said let's give it a shot... sigh... also did my first lip that night...not a labret, through the lip itself...kind of pretty. both are healing well, though the web piercing prolly wont last, he's getting annoyed because he keeps bumping it. we warned him!

You're talking about a hand web, right? I had mine pierced between my thumb and index finger about 8 years ago. It healed fairly quickly, but often hurt badly as it was difficult to keep it from getting bumped and pulled. It rejected after about 3 months, was pierced again, and lasted slightly longer before rejecting again. I've left it unpierced since. It was kinda neat while it lasted, but too much of a PITA for me...
